Green Manufacturing
Green Energy System: The photovoltaic power generation systems built in the Jiangxi and Zhejiang factories have a total installed capacity of 2000 kW and an annual power generation of 2.4 million kWh. This reduces carbon dioxide emissions by approximately 2400 tons annually and meets 30% of the annual production electricity demand, reducing reliance on external grid power and taking a significant step towards green manufacturing.
Wastewater Treatment System: The Jiangxi factory has built an activated sludge wastewater treatment plant, including pretreatment with a screen and an AO biological reactor. The effluent meets the "Water Pollutant Discharge Standard for Textile Dyeing and Finishing Industry," with a daily treatment capacity of 3000 tons. The treated water can be used for machine washing, floor cleaning, equipment cooling, and other production processes in the weaving workshop, achieving 100% recycling and zero discharge of production wastewater. This greatly improves water resource utilization efficiency and effectively protects the local ecological environment.
